The valet system in the room ensured seamless deliveries and pick ups. All staff were attentive, until my departure.
The spa changing rooms were small and quite cramped , with very limited seating. The pool area lacked ambience . It was far too bright.

really good foodcramped changing roomappalling massage
the food in the restaurant was really good and the room service was great.
The spa wasn't great. I found nowhere to sit while changing in the changing rooms. the pool area was far too bright, lacking any real ambience. my husband and i had 90-minute massages that cost nearly £400 each, and they were appalling. It seemed like the therapists had never massaged before.
